JOB: Publications & Marketing Coordinator

The Auckland Arts Festival is Auckland's premier festival of New Zealand and international arts. Presented annually in March, the globally recognised event celebrates people and culture, and showcases the cultural diversity and vibrant energy of New Zealand's largest city.


Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Senior Content and Publications Manager, the Publications & Marketing Coordinator will help undertake the marketing for Auckland Arts Festival 2016 by assisting with the implementation of the overall marketing strategy for the promotion of Festival events.
This includes coordinating all aspects of collateral production – creating briefs, liaising with agencies, venues, in-house designers, distributors and print brokers, carrying out sign-off processes -  assisting with the development and implementation of individual event marketing campaigns, and assisting with the delivery of the marketing communications plan with a special emphasis on print and online channels.
